  1. Source Raw Materials

    JYOTI GARG—Best Pebbles Manufacturer sources high-quality raw materials from its self-owned mines in Rajamandi, Udaipur (the place where marble originated).. The basic material is made up of big marble, granite, and sandstone blocks. These large bricks serve as the foundation for our premium Pebbles. Beginning with the best raw material, we started our process to produce pebbles from the raw material itself, as every final product needs a good quality of raw material.

    We utilize cranes to transfer these massive blocks onto trucks and trailers so they can be transported to our factory. After that, the blocks are shipped from our mines, which are located eighteen kilometers from the factory. The blocks are transported to the cutting process at the factory after being unloaded with the use of cranes.

    One of the most important steps in giving our stones a smooth appearance is to tumble them. In our manufacturing facility, we use top-notch tumblers to guarantee that every Pebbles gets the best care possible.

    We are just giving the natures pebbles  river process in our factory as in river how the stones first breaked into small pieces by the flow of river than the stones travels the distance and got rounded in shape that’s why we are providing the same process in our factrory providing the natures touch to produce the pebbles..

    We also not fill the tumbler top to  the edge we have to put the tumbler empty as providing the enough space to moving the pebbles we ,must have to keep the gap of 1 ft to the tumblers to providng enough space to the stones to move like as the same in river also.

     First we will run the tumblers without water to providing onlu shape of the pebbles not smoothness’ and then we will run it for 5-6 hours in the water to get it perfectly smooth in touch..

    With the addition of water, the Pebbles in our sophisticated tumblers are tumbled for five to six hours, which aids in producing a perfect smoth surface that also make it to use for touch to the chiulderns also and damaged anyone skins as pebbles are used for movin=g and acupressure use also surface.     So there are two options in size segregation machines: we can use straight vibrators or we can make a tumbler.

      50-80 mm, 80-120 mm.
